Eximia Landscape provides landscaping services, including but not limited to lawn care, garden maintenance, hardscaping, and seasonal cleanups. The scope of work will be outlined in individual service agreements with our clients.

2. Quotes and Pricing

  • All service quotes are free and provided based on the information you provide.

  • Pricing may vary depending on factors such as property size, project complexity, and materials required.

3. Payments and Deposits

  • While we take great care in delivering quality service, warranties on plants, materials, or workmanship will be specified in service agreements.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide access to the property during scheduled service times.

  • Any necessary permits or approvals required for landscaping work are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.

  • Pets and personal belongings should be secured to avoid disruptions or damages during service.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including text, images, and logos on our website, is the property of Eximia Landscape and may not be used without permission.

  • Any project photos taken by Eximia Landscape may be used for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise.
